EQUIPMENT DIRECTOR
- Secure the necessary equipment needed to run the program. This includes but is not limited to Coaches bags, first aid kits, cones, goals, nets, flags, etc. The only equipment that this director is not responsible for is Club uniforms.
- Purchase of club soccer balls for the beginning of the Fall season.
- Record and distribute all equipment at the beginning of the season and collect and record the same at the end of the season.
- Report all program needs along with quotes by the July general meeting and get approval from the board to purchase required equipment
- Store all equipment at a WAYSC approved location and distribute any additional equipment as needed throughout the season
- Make sure there are fully stocked first aid kits and icepacks on hand to outfit all field locations for emergencies
- Inform the board of any problems that may arise with any equipment that is stored in the rented storage area.
- Attend all board meetings
