FIELDS DEVELOPMENT
- Actively pursue the new field locations
- Work with surrounding communities and organizations to develop new fields
- Meet with local representatives and community leaders to pursue the possibility of donations/grants
- Be the contact person for the various organizations with which we have field and/or building usage arrangements, and secure playing locations. This includes our recreation Indoor and Adult programs, training, practice and game fields
- Sign any contracts as agreed to by the Board of Directors, necessary to secure fields and/or indoor facilities (schools…for picture night, registration, candy pick up, training, etc)
- Attend local and surrounding Village and /or Park District meetings to establish and maintain an open line of communication, and keep the WAYSC board informed of future needs and changes the community may be faced with that would affect our program
- Attend all board meetings
